Delivery :  

Making sure your order gets to you correctly, on time and without any problems is very important to us.  

it is important to check the products on delivery, any damage in transit needs to be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. if we are not contacted within this time we consider the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived in and would be unable to honour any replacement or refund.  

please get in touch promptly if the product is lost or damaged in transit and also report any missing items or parcels within 14 days.

Shipping costs:

Dpd (dpd aim to deliver next working day, however it could take 1-2 working days) £4.99

all orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, any orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. unless your order falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it would then be dispatched the following working day.
